The organizer reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, postpone, or alter the date of the event, workshops, or conference due to unavoidable circumstances. The organizer may also change the trainer or speaker when necessary.
In the event of Force Majeure, the Kanban India organizers will not be responsible for any loss, damage, claims, costs, injury, or expenses incurred by participants.
Under such circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, postpone, or alter the date of the event, workshops, or conference due to a Force Majeure event.
