Intelligent Workflows
Overview
This session is a snapshot of how the workflows originated in the knowledge industry, and how workflows are Kanban-ised for managing the work efficiently and effectively.
In current times, workflows have evolved as ‘Intelligent Workflows’ with efficient use of Data, Analytics, Patterns and AI.
The presentation would briefly cover two of my past project experiences from 1. an insurance application customer and 2. an automotive customer of all 3 versions of workflows, and exemplify to efficiently plan the workflow to become Intelligent Workflows.
