Overview
Technology is easy, people are hard. Make People your passion and everything else follows. As he moved from the world of product development to business operations he witnessed this in action in himself. The ITeS industry may be at the forefront of agility in all its glory however even the best ones acknowledge that there's always room for improvement especially in the non-tech pockets. So it was only natural for him to adopt the tech established frameworks and mould it for business operations through a mixture of Lean Value Trees, Operational Excellence, and Extreme Programming principles to witness measurable qualitative results. This talk is an experience report and a hands-on workshop from his learnings and techniques to help the audience on their journey towards business agility in the world of ITeS business operations.
