Prior to this role as a Management Executive he had set up the Consulting Excellence Center (GIC) for JDA ,i2, Manugistics, Red Prairie WMS expertise which delivers more that 100M+ USD services YoY. As a supply chain professional delivered complex business and consulting assignments over 16 years of SCM transformation projects across the globe. Worked extensively in US, EMEA and APAC.

Vinod Mathur is a Strategic Consultant helping businesses build and execute their Supply Chain transformation stories. He believes that Supply Chain is the backbone of any business and can make or break it. He has over 25 years of experience and has played many roles ranging from Strategic Consulting, Presales, Implementations to his current role in Product Management, across various industry sectors and Supply Chain processes. Supply chain management started as operations management and has evolved over the years from a department-based focus to looking at the entire supply chain as a complete system. A systems and pull-based thinking in supply chain management has helped business achieve significant business benefits. Supply chain management continues to evolve with access to newer technological capabilities.
In this session, we will look at this evolution and current trends and also abstract some learnings that can be applied to other domains.
