He leads the development of SwiftEnterprise and SwiftKanban products. Sudipta is passionate about Lean-Agile transformation. Overview
Over the years, Sudi have seen many Kanban systems languish with a low level of maturity. Adopting a few simple practices can change that!
In this session, He will talk about the few essential things that one can do to gain significant value from the Kanban system. You are most likely going to get remarkable results IF you adopt(adapt) some of these ideas. Of course, the magnitude will depend from team to team and from one environment to another. However, you will be in a lot better place trying these few things (than otherwise).
Once you have adopted(adapted) these few practices, you can decide how to move your team/organization to the next level of maturity. You should look at the KMM approach to take your implementation to the next level.
He will not explain the basic terms of the Kanban Method in this session. Hence, this is for the practitioners who are familiar with the Kanban Method but have not gone beyond visualization with a Kanban Board.
