Ashwinee Singh
Ashwinee is a seasoned Digital Transformation Leader with 24 years of IT Industry experience. Ashwinee has progressed in his career being a Software Engineer, Technical Manager, Project / Program Manager, Delivery Manager, Transformation Manager, Transformation Director, Agile Transformation Coach and Director - Technology. He has been leading and contributing to some of large scale Agile-DevOps transformations and Project to Product Transformations for Fortune clients across the globe (USA, UK, Australia, Switzerland, France, Germany, Singapore and India). He has been employed with IBM, Capgemini, Cognizant, and Infosys in past. Ashwinee currently heads UST’s Business Agility Practice for Asia as Practice Director.
Masa K. Maeda
Masa K. Maeda is a senior agile coach with UST, where he was part of a 29,000+ people transformation for one of the top financial businesses worldwide. He is currently focused on increasing UST’s business in several countries. Prior to UST, he was the founder and principal of Valueinnova, bringing transformations within and beyond Software & IT to companies from diverse industries worldwide. Before Valueinnova, Masa was a founding team member of five start-ups in Silicon Valley, did R&D at Apple Inc., R&D at Justsystems Corporation in Japan, and developed intelligent systems at a major bank in Mexico.
