Rajeev is the Global Head of Engineering for Digital Connected Solutions and Bangalore Center head at ZF Group. He has 26+ year of Product development experience across multiple domains. He is adept at building high performing organizations, enterprise grade high throughput products, leading transformation initiatives that enables organizational to be fit for future. He is currently working with his teams to build next generation Road Transport Orchestration platform. He is an avid agelist and has been driving teams and organizations to adapt agile ( Scrum and Flow) for over last 15 yrs.
