Bio
Australian by birth and Bengalurean by choice, Julian is IBM’s Leader, Global CRM Platforms and Business Unit Head, Office of CIO, India.
After graduating in 1999 with degrees in Science and Law, Julian joined the wild world of internet startups. From there, he spent 10 years in the media industry before taking a break to live on a boat. When his money ran out, he joined the corporate world of financial services, working on large business transformation projects. It was here, in 2007, he was inducted into the world of Agile software development. In between, he obtained a Masters degree in Winemaking and Viticulture and travelled the world making wine. After a life-changing stint working in India, Julian shifted permanently to the sub-continent to join IBM in 2016.
