Vikas Agarwal is heading the Agile Transformation at Majid Al Futtaim Retail, one of the fastest-growing e-commerce chains. Vikas, a travel enthusiast, has over two decades of IT industry experience. For the past 10+ years, he has led both IT and non-IT Agile Transformation initiatives. Recently, he has evolved a FISH Model that focuses on delivering multi-team-dependent organization strategic initiatives.
Vikas has been a database & network administrator, developer, product owner, and Agile coach during his journey. He has experience in multiple domains like commodity trading and risk management, banking, education, manufacturing, retail e-commerce, web portals, marketing, sales, dairy management, to name a few.
