Prem has over 27 years of experience working in IT Consulting and Engineering Services companies. He has partnered with customers to enable their Enterprise Agile & Lean transformation journeys. He has executed many Process, Culture, and Operating model transformation programs for customer across the globe. Currently he is working as a Consulting Partner in the Enterprise Agility practice in TCS, Prem leads the Enterprise Agility practice for the Australia and New Zealand region. Prem is an active agilest and connected with agile meetups and conference such as Kanban India, Agile Network India, and other Agile meetups within Bengaluru and across India. He is closely associated with Kanban India conference for the last 5 years.
