Session Title

Framework Agnostic Agility

Overview

Through this talk, Vinaya would like to share her views and experience about taking a framework-agnostic approach to agility. Her current engagement is at a large scale and does not use a canned approach to scaling Agile. The experience report will talk about the reasons to take such an approach, what it looks like, what enabling conditions have helped, what are some signs that show that this approach is working and more. The session will also draw parallel between this approach and the Kanban Change Management approach. It will also showcase how some of the Kanban core practices evolve organically in the pursuit of agility.
