As the leader of the Agile Coaching group Rajeev uses his experience to help guide the agile maturity of the organization. He works with an engineering mindset and engages with leadership and teams to help them overcome their challenges in a practical way. He facilitates various Agile training.
He has over 23 years of experience in software development with over 13 years managing and leading teams from small col-located teams to large scale, globally-distributed teams.
Rajeev has over 10 years experience using Agile, and 8 years managing and coaching teams on Kanban. He has trained and coached teams globally for over 6 years.
He has led the adoption of scaling agile for over 400 Scrum and Kanban teams.
Rajeev is passionate about assisting teams to not only improve the way they deliver software, but to enjoy doing it as well.

Overview
In todays enterprise SW development teams are becoming larger and larger. Given this there are variety of frameworks in the market that focus on scaling the agile methodology to larger set up. But this happens at the cost of brining in more guardrails and ceremonies etc and less of agility. This session focuses on how we can bring in more of a holistic approach to enhance agility into the SW development processes and help teams delivery faster than Scaling Agile.
