Mahadevean is addressed as “Mahi” in Sabre. Mahi has couple of decades' IT industry experience spanning software product and services organizations as a developer, technical leader, manager, quality leader, consultant and coach. His specialties include Application Development, Agile Program Management, Agile-Lean and IT Best Practice consulting/ coaching, Leadership and Culture.
His mission is to create value in the knowledge industry community through synergies of human values, best in class practices and systematic innovation.
Rajsekhar Janaswamy
Rajsekahar’s experience spans product management, solution delivery, project management, agile coaching and Process Consulting. In his current role, he is responsible for the program and product management of all tooling enabling quality in the organization, Software development process, helping organization in their Enterprise Agile adoption journey, develop strategies for Agile adoption in a distributed environment, building Agile teams.

Overview
The dawn of 2020 saw many unprecedented events unfold at a rapid pace the world over. The scale, speed and impact of change caught individuals, families, communities, businesses and even governments off guard. All of them were forced to cope with reality one way or the other. In hindsight, it is worth examining some fundamental principles that helped us navigate through the situations. More importantly, as we move into a "new normal" where black swans will be the norm, it is pertinent to have a handy toolkit that will help us navigate and fly. This workshop will make participants experience a toolkit we have designed from Lean and Agility principles, amongst others.
